We have added new early morning appointments to our appointments schedule – see appointments. We will review these new clinics' times soon to ensure they are meeting your needs
We suggest that you only call between 8.30am and 9.00am if you are requesting an appointment that day. You can call later in the day for pre booked appointments.
You can speak to your doctor of choice on the telephone, between 11.30am and 12 noon each day except Thursday. We have installed a bell on the reception desk
We will now produce a regular ‘Practice Newsletter’ to inform patients of news and any changes to the practice, this can be viewed on our website, newsletter...

86% of patients were happy with the service from our Reception staff
Over 82% of patients that were surveyed were happy with all aspects of care they received from the doctors, and some patients commented positively on the length of time the doctor spent with them
A number of patients commented that the doctors were very friendly and approachable
Three quarters of the patients were happy with how often they were able to see their own doctor

Nearly half of those that completed the survey requested additional opening hours, especially those that were in full time employment
Some patients felt the waiting time to be seen at their appointments was too long
Some patients felt the system for booking appointments was confusing
Half of those that replied felt it took too long to get through to the practice on the telephone
Three patients felt the waiting room layout could be improved
