Prescriptions

If you are on long-term medication, you can order it by ringing the prescription line - 02844611920. It is important to read out the exact name and dosage on your bottle when you leave your message. Alternatively we have a prescription box at the front desk where you can leave your written request. Part of the triage Doctors responsibility is to make sure that you are taking your tablets properly and are being followed up appropriately.

The doctor may send you a message on the other side of your prescription if they need you to make an appointment regarding follow-up. Look out for it.

Please allow 24 hours before coming to collect your prescription. Not all prescriptions are available as repeat so if you are not sure check with our administration staff. They will be able to check on the computer.

In general, antibiotics are not issued without seeing the doctor.
