Our Purpose is to provide good quality practice for all our patients. You can help us provide this care by attending your appointments on time. Take care not to introduce other patients into the consultation if they don't have an appointment as this can cause delay for other patients.

Administration Staff form an important part of our team. They help you by organising clinics, issuing prescriptions, taking messages and otherwise facilitating you. They are working for you and deserve your respect.

Stream Street Surgery is a Training practice. We have students in the practice from time to time and also fully qualified doctors who are specialising in General Practice. You are helping us train the Doctors of the future. You may be asked from time to time to participate in video surgeries. You are quite within your rights to refuse if it would make you feel uncomfortable in the consultation. You have the right under the Freedom of Information Act to access the records we hold on you.
